Air-cooled refrigerator may be smoothly operated, and it has high efficiency. As condenser coils are arranged in V shape, air distribution is excellent, pin damage may be prevented, and heat exchange is optimized. Coils are double-coated with epoxy to prevent corrosion, and no components except fans are exposed to outside to extend its lifetime. This type may be used for free cooling, too, and temperature may be efficiently lowered.
The chillers can be configured with a vast array of options including stainless steel various water pass arrangements, and various insulation types clad in either aluminum or stainless steel.
Due to oil-free, the vessels can be easily rearranged from the standard to a horizontal or side by side configuration, to suit particular plant space requirements. Additional options such as alternate low-GWP refrigerants, the use of seawater or other cooling fluids, can also be accommodated.
Evaporation refrigerator may be operated at efficiency similar to that of the water-cooled system without using a condenser system or a cooling tower. As water consumption is equivalent to 20% of water for an open-type cooling tower system, no issue arises in relation to condenser pump, pipeline, cooling tower, cost of controlling water quality, high risk of infection, etc., and the function is completely integrated as part of the refrigerator. Wet middle panels may be maintained very easily, and efficiency is increased by about 30% in warm and dry weather compared to the air-cooling type.
